It is recommended to use slow films like ISO 100 with caffenol. If you want to use long telephoto lens, probably you will need a tripod to avoid motion blur.</description>

I recently inherited a Casio RF-3. It came with several hanimex and telephoto lenses and a flash unit with colour flash filters also. I am quite daunted about the prospect of shooting with film. You seem to know alot about it. Would love some tips. Here&#039;s some pics of the camera.
